If you have any questions that I failed to answer here, please use my contact page to email me your questions. Be sure to double check your email address. I won’t be able to answer your question if it is incorrect. How much do you charge for shipping? TOP
Shipping is through the USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation.
Each ornament is carefully packaged in individual 4 x4 x4 boxes before shipping.
All orders ship for $5.00
I can usually have your package ready to ship within 24 hours of payment.
For interntaional orders, please contact me for a shipping quote. Is Your Payment Processing Secure? TOP
Yes. I use internationally renowned Paypal for my secure SSL server. Your credit card information is protected & secured by Paypal and is not viewed by me nor any other source. What size are your ornaments? TOP
All of my ornaments are approximately 3 inches in diameter and 4 inches tall. The size may differ just a little, from ornament to ornament, depending upon the thickness of the materials used. They fit quite nicely into a 4x4x4 gift box, which is included with each ornament order. Do you accept special orders? TOP
Yes, I love doing special orders.
You can either send me the materials for something you want made into an ornament or you can tell me what you have in mind and I will do the shopping for you.
Prices will vary but usually start at $20.00. Do you have a waiting list? TOP
Orders placed now can be completed and mailed in about 7 to 10 days depending upon the number of ornaments in your order. The closer we get to Christmas the longer it may take so, please place your orders early. What if I find an ornament I want, but it is sold out? TOP
I usually keep the ornaments up in my inventory if I have enough supplies to make more.
Just use my Contact Me page to send me a note, telling me the name of the ornament you are interested in and I will let you know if it is available or if I have something similar. How can I leave you feedback? TOP

I make every effort to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. Handmade items are not perfect and at times you will find small variations. This is the beauty of handmade items; no two are exactly the same.
However, if you find that you are not happy with your ornament, please contact me within 7 days. You may return it to me in the exact condition you received it and I will refund the price of the ornament. Copyrights TOP
